Verint Community Keyboard Shortcuts
This is an app extension that adds keyboard shortcuts for use when working with Verint Community. The extension provides shortcuts for common tasks such as creating and deleting an account, adding a contact, sharing a document, viewing a contact, or sharing a status. You can also create customized shortcuts that can be used for your projects, for example, you can create a shortcut that lets you open a contact list or view an overview of an account.
The settings menu in the extension has options for which versions of Telligent Community it supports. It is recommended that you use the latest version of the platform to experience optimum results.
The features in the app that utilize the keyboard shortcuts are only available when you are an administrator of the app.
